Queen Anne Worker Cottage Restoration
A rare and stunning worker cottage nestled in the heart of Lincoln Park, Chicago. Millwork, stained glass, and that ornamental facade were preserved and cleaned up, while the rest of the home received vibrant new finishes and fixtures influenced by the homeowners unique and fresh bohemian style. Formally known as the Martin Schnitzius Cottage, it was designed by architects Bettinghoffer and Hermann and was built in 1891.
